The pet hair attachment has made a big difference on carpets and furniture. It picks up stubborn hair quickly, so I spend much less time going over the same areas again and again.

I was surprised by how much dirt this picks up from places that already looked clean. It moves easily around furniture, feels lightweight to use, and makes my regular cleaning routine much quicker.

This cordless vacuum is a lightweight powerhouse! I was shocked by how much dog hair and dust it picked up. To compare, I vacuumed once and then went over the same areas again with this one—there was still a surprising amount left behind. It works great on both hardwood floors and rugs, is easy to maneuver, and the flexible design makes cleaning effortless. Battery life is solid, and overall it has exceeded my expectations.
After 6+ years with my old vacuum, I’m thrilled with this one! It’s lightweight, powerful, easy to maneuver, and great on both tile and rugs. The headlights help spot hidden dust, and I love how it parks. Battery life is good, and an extra battery is perfect for a large home. 10/10!
This vacuum is my favorite. Light weight.. No cords..Easy to clean.. 4 stars due to the battery life!! I have a 3,000sq house and it does great. Battery usually last vacuuming two living rooms which is not much if you’re in a hurry. I usually let the charge then vacuum then clean the bathroom or sweep the floors laundry do some cleaning stask for 20-30 minutes then vacuum some other areas of the house. I have 4 harry dogs that shed a lot 2 German shepherds, and 2 coonhounds. In the picture it shows how much it got out just from my master bedroom. I would recommend charging it and when it’s fully charge unplug it right away to avoid a bad battery. I would also recommend changing the filters every couples months if you have a lot of dogs. I would also recommend washing the filter and clothes thing inside every couple weeks and let it dry for 1-2 days before using the vacuum again to insure it’s fully dry. I really love it last more than my other vacuums which lasted 2 months with all the dog hair.
I’ve never spent this kind of money on a vacuum, especially something that’s considered a stick vac. I did my research and settled on this because of the dual power fins, hardwood roller and the tangle resistance. First I’ll list what I like. Likes: - No tangles. It actually works. - Able to get under things b/c handle breaks down - Pivot head - Ease of use (carpet, floors, power boost selectors) - Completely sealed HEPA system - Easy to clean Now here are the things I don’t like. They may be more, but don’t let it detour you. The vacuum does actually work well. Things I don’t like: - The canister is heavy. It’s not easy to do above the head operation or anything that doesn’t have support. - The battery doesn’t last long. Especially on carpet. It definitely requires two charges for a 2,500 house. Half hardwood, half carpet. - Canister fills quickly b/c it actually works. It will pick up stuff you never knew was there. - It’s loud and sounds/feels cheap. Dual Power fins seem like they will wear quickly and unlikely you can find a replacement roller from what I’ve seen. At least with the brushes and fin combo. Overall I like it. I just wish it was a bit more balanced and refined.
We have two dogs (a Labrador and a Golden Retriever), and I could feel that there was still fur on the floor even after vacuuming. I bought it for $300 on Black Friday. The box was damaged and there was a white spot on the dust cup, but I wanted to get it anyway. I first cleaned the thick bedroom carpet with my old vacuum, then with this one. It picked up so much more hair and dust that the old one missed, I decided to keep it! It ran for 20% of a charge in one room, but if it cleans this well, it's worth keeping. The best part is that no hair gets wrapped around the rollers!
The product's narrow head helps it reach everywhere easily, and the tilting function makes it easy to get under furniture. It performed excellently on tile, carpet, and all carpeted areas. The battery is enough to clean the whole house on a single charge. It only gets stuck on the very shag carpets in the guest bathroom, but overall, it works much better than I expected. I've been very satisfied with it since day one.
I have two other, one cordless and one corded. I purchased them not that long ago. I ordered the Vertex because of the no hair wrap brush roll. Too bad they didn't think of that sooner! :=( I tried to order an extra battery and a mini motorized brush but they don't have them in stock. I was a little disappointed. They say the battery lasts 60 minutes. Using the power boost doesn't last long at all. Even with my other cordless, I have an extra battery. I like the fact you can wash the dirt container. You can also wash the filters with plain water. Let dry for 24 hours. It does have a squeal that my other doesn't have. But I can accept that because it is a powerful vacuum.
Love this vacuum and I highly recommend. Bought this because it was ranked #1 on Consumer Reports under cordless stick vacuum. Love how it’s easy to assemble and when you are done. You can fold the vacuum over in half and used less closet space when you put away. It also comes with the odor neutralizer that makes your room smell nice. I do like this vacuum a lot better than our Dyson that broke in 5yrs.
Loved it! Super useful and the battery works for my home that has 3 floors. Also if we compared to the Dyson this one cut the hair and doesn’t get stuck
